Very exited~ This is the first time i having this kind of experience. Really!!!!!
i wake up about 4.50am, then i actually plan to start reading something or doing something light... but because of the laziness, i just go to toilet, then back to my bed and keep on thinking of obe.
just now, 6.xxAM almost seven, i know i wake up for a few second, i looked at the windows, the sky is a bit bright, but i know it's still early for me to wake up. But before this i have a series of wonderful dream. these i confirm as a dream cause everything just like a movie, i can't control anything, i just observe what happen in there.
so i try to sleep, not obe. Then suddenly a picture, or i should said something like an article in a magazine suddenly cross over my mind and i did see something.
The article title was "xx What God Album xx give your heart", then i seem to be know what is the main contain of the article, i heard some conversation in cantonese, "ngo feel dou hou qi sei jor, dan hai goh gam gok hou kei miu".
then something make just like "ting" *the mentol light up*,
give my heart, let go.
then i go into the situation very fast. this is the first time i have this kind of experience, something people called as "Push By The Ghost" haha... sound funny.
but i can feel like i suddenly can't hear my noisy fan sound, can't feel any light that at my power supply cord there, the light from the window, light entering into a dark world, i feel i seem to be awake and i try to wake up, but i can't.
aT this moment, i know i was in the situation, i very clear know that i was in situation.
i try to sit up (feel scare and exited as well) it's really hard to do lar, now i know how is those feel to being "push by the ghost".
suddenly i just sit up...but i have every sense back to me, my noisy fan sound can be listen again, like i just tune back to channel. mean i fail to obe....
i can't explain what is happening and why this is happening. when i want it to happen, i didn't. but when i didn't prepare for it. it come to me.
the picture cross over my mind, what is it? why is it happen? i never see this kind of article before... is it really exist?
so exited, but yet feel scare and a bit unbelievable.
after a few night, this is what i get. hopefully i get the continue article next.

you can try to do it when u hav a hyper active mind but tired body, for example, after u hang out with "someone" whole the day, i think ur brain will be hyper active...haha..try to make ur body sleep, but nt ur mind or spirit
