How to Out of Body?

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

Taman Kampar Perdana♂

Yesterday, when i yam cha with my friends, there is one of my friend is x-tarc staff at kampar. Know what he tell me about kampar perdana? and UTAR?
he tell me that the original main gate of UTAR suppose to be the east lake side, but because of some reason of economy strategy, and some incident, UTAR change their main gate to west lake.

Firstly, about the Taman Kampar Perdana. Why UTAR take so long time only open their east lake gate for student? Why so less people want to stay at Taman Kampar Perdana?
Actually there is an serious incident happen before.There is a land subsidence/land collapse happen during and after they build the houses...But how come i search through the net also can't find any regarding information? Then i try to ask from my another friend, also stay before at kampar, even him also not sure about this case, because he said a lots of people said it's just a rumour...

So.. anyone know about this? or have any information about this, pls tell me... so i can update to more people about this incident.

    land slide is 山崩，mean something fall down and buried the houses
    but land collapse is 地陷，mean the ground it self "tenggelam" ...
