Whole the week didn't online...Really disappointed with TM...
Last tuesday, they tell me my account is ready, i was so exited, so i rush to TM to get my account.
But when i get there, the person in charge ask me bring back the modem they give to me, to change another modem, because the serial they register in the system is different.
so i drive back n take the modem for exchange.
happily i went back and try out my modem...
know what happen, disco light jump on the modem led,sometimes it act like normal, dono what to do...
i knew it was modem failure...
but i still call to the Streamyx Hotline to activate my account, to confirm if the modem is really spoil or what... they tell me my account just register that morning, they cannot activate my account...argh..i tell them the line already stable...every ok, but just the modem i not sure only..
but... that person still don't want to activate my account, ask me to wait two more days...
till yesterday, thursday, i call to streamyx hotline again to activate my account...
this time i didn't tell much about the modem, i just ask her to activate my account...
so... account is now activate, but modem still not able to function, the disco light come out again....
i call to the technical support, but the technical support keep on asking me to try setup the manual dial, then the auto dial then keep on denying that the modem is spoil...
i cannot tahan d.... i drive to tm... let them c the disco light...
very lucky, they able to see the beautiful disco light...so they ask me to leave my modem there...
today...finally, they call me to collect back the modem, they said they exchange a new 1 for me...
finally i can have my own account for surfing the net....
now i know how efficient TM is~ Malaysia Boleh~ TM lagi boleh~
