How to Out of Body?

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

Toothache since the day before yesterday...i thought it might be just last for 1 or 2 days ...but till today, the third day, i still can feel the pain... suffer...
every time before i have any serious sick, my body for sure will give me a signal, for example, this one, toothache...
feel like no mood for everything . . . even my favourite subject i also no mood for the assignment...
this assignment i already finish it very early...but i didn't do the documentation...
plus most of the part i do it by referring to the online source and make modification base on the question.
and then for the usual me, i for sure will try out the assignment 2 for sure... but this time... i didn't touch it at all...
seem like i sick quite serious this time...
is it because of the physical sick or others?
