Today, after class, me and my housemate went to Ipoh to Sing K...
We went to Ipoh Parade, and have a lots of nice imagination about what we might do later, what song to sing....
ok.. once we arrive, we straight away go to this "Great" K-Box to book a room for 6 of us.
no room at that moment, we need to come back after 2 hours, ok ... that's fine with us.
so we just walk around... i go popular get my Digital Camera magazine, march issue.
A nice photography magazine, all color page about 100++ pages, just sold for RM9... the price is ok with me... even the content, compare with UK ver is much more different, and their level...haha... sure Malaysia "Boleh" la...
but overall, ok lar, the most ok local photography magazine i know...
ok... after 2 hours, we went back to get our room...
Before we agree to take the room, we got ask a lots about the price, extended hours charge and so on...
so, we can sing till 6.30pm, with the price of RM5++ a drink, each of us must at least order a drink, no room charge, because we have our student card.
ok... then about the extending hour till 8pm...
i just ask the representative(girl), can we extend later when ever we want?
she said,, yes...
that's all about our conversation,, we agree to take the room only....not the extending hours...
so... we enjoying our time... sing-k
about 6.2xpm, their waiters come in and ask what drink we want to order next for the extending hours... so we just claim that we dont want to extend...
so... he went out...
another one of their staff, higher pose, i think, and tell us that our room had already do the extending hours...$%^&%^&*
we didn't said that....!!!! i swear!!!
so... he again, cannot do anything, push the problem to another staff...
another guy staff... come in... i thought he is the one just now who taking our order...
but, know what he said? he said, not him... again...redirect us to another gurl...
so... the gurl staff came in and deal with us about this...
she said she thought we want the entending hours?????!!!!!
we just ask about it, not request for it....with a very impolite way .....she talk with us.....
so... fine, now can we cancel the order? know what is her answer?
cannot... everything have keyin... even we don't want, she also will charge no matter how... lau eh....
like this memang ugut d....
haiz...
we also don't want to make this situation to be difficult... so.... we take the offer only....
but i really dont like this kind of unresponsible way of handling problem...
i hopefully they know 1 thing... customer is always right...
feel very dissapointed...
