How to Out of Body?

Posted by wk2u On 4/12/2009

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

Knowing

In 1959, at William Dawes Elementary School in Lexington, Massachusetts, a time capsule containing the students' drawings of their ideas of the future is buried and set to be ceremoniously opened 50 years later. A girl named Lucinda Embry contributes a page full of seemingly random digits. That night, Lucinda is found in a school closet, where her fingers are bloodied and she complains about hearing voices.

Update about my self

I was busy with my another self project, a Photography Web Site for my friend using CakePHP framework. It's such a great framework, but just lack of a good documentation. I was working around with it for about a month already, but yet, i still confusing with some of those function, because there exist lots of differences between the different version of it. Overall, it still a nice framework, but hope for further improvement on it's documentation. I shall post the photography site link any time soon at here when i done with the site.

Then another thing was my FYP, a OpenERP customization. I still not yet really able to understand all the thing about it, event that i was now quite familiar with Python, but OpenERP was not popular enough for me to be able to find those help or documentation about it on the web easily, plus the SEO for the official OpenERP site was not doing so well, because i really not able to get the documentation i want. All i can do is reading those code, and try to work on it without any help.

I believe not much could really understand those spiritual thing i post previously... lol

So, this post back to the Tech~
I was trying on a new web browser lately, FLock~
It's more like a social network attached web browser, comparing using Gwibber with Ubuntu, or social network widget with Windows, this browser seem to doing the same thing, but it just attach the social widget to the web browser. Like Chrome + Gwibber

What's the best?
It's OPen SOurce~ haha~ It was the CHrome Open SOurce Project... the browser just as fast as your chrome browser, or maybe almost... Support extensions, but so far not much extension available. The social network supported so far just Facebook, Twitter and Youtube~ Wondering when it might support Plurk~ lol...

What's not?
The message or update fetch cannot reply on the sidebar directly, you only can reply in the browser after clicking the particular post.

When the Law did the work...

AS title, when the law of attraction working, you might have to deal with some other problem occur because of your request. I finally found something i had been looking for so long, someone i been wish for some time, but at the same time, i had to deal with the exam, distance between the wish, physical and mentally.

Obstacle exist with the wish, to achieve or get what i want, i have to deal with these problems.

Demon / Angel really exist?
I not sure weather these exist in real, but what exist in the lucid dream is real? or just my creation? The dream was so real until now also i could feel it existence, still remember every details. I was wish for another thing, where i never ever wish or think in the real world.
A deal in dream work as well in the real world? Let's see then...

From the wikipedia , Channeling is process of receiving messages or inspiration from invisible beings or spirits.First time experience with this kind of thing. It was something so attractive but fears as well.

Having so many question, unclear choice and path, i have no direction where to get the answer, and it was come to me. Wondering how and why, all these come to me.

Busy but yet a happier life

Posted by wk2u On 7/19/2010 09:01:00 PM 0 comments

I was kinda busy lately, to deal with FYP submission dateline, photography, joining HopeKampar for their activities and shooting for them, create a photography site with basic cms, and now even with Bada Competition or SAS competition. Even my life seem to be pretty much busy, but at least it was what i desire, what i wish for.

I think i posted a post, long long time ago, about my OBE ...

"xx What God Album xx give your heart" (1st Almost Success With OBE)

i have that kind of feeling again just now, but this time is not an OBE, but just a dream. Don't know why, but i hope i can have a clearer vision. I believe it's a kind of guide for my life, but i not so sure about it.

Or i should said "What I Think Is What I Get". Maybe it's a sixth sense, maybe now. But within this week, i can said what i think/dream of before, all happen together~ Some was good, some was not so good, but i have to take all together. Think of a new opportunity for my career, relationship, social life. I am now get into a new circle, and i will doing well there, what is already past, is past.

It's a long long week for me, the second week of year 3 semester 1, i am busy looking for FYP title and supervisor. I was doing something about ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Undertaking letter was signed, and i am now planning for it.

Start to shaping my skill for what i am concern now. Try to do more readings and research, so i can get the things done as soon as possible.

First Week : A nice and busy week

It's was my my first week, for year 3 semester 1~ Lots have changed, but it's doesn't really matter where my life continue, better and better~ Just realize that, no one really need some one~
A busy but happy week for me, i meet with some of those almost lost contact friend at UTAR~ Invited to help for a church event photography~ Meet with my old times good friends at Kampar, and joining him for YumChar session~ Go Ipoh for a business meeting. And the most important thing for this semester, keep on meeting with lectures for my Final Year Project. Yet i am still open for any suggestion, but i have a clear mind of what i need and what i want. Talking with lectures really useful, and for sure you will learn something from them no matter what.

I'm again hook back to something i was so into before, and this time how long i could keep on?

It's time to awake

Posted by wk2u On 5/26/2010 10:34:00 PM 0 comments

Three weeks of holidays. I was busy with photography, family's problem, relationship problem, and only these few day i really into computing.

First time having such a trip, even thought it's not planing well. Late night chatting for hours,by texting over forum PM. Getting my first macro lens, tripod and camera's bag. Light Painting. First time joining such a large group of photography group for shooting. Even i just following, but i enjoy that kind of environment, where everyones around share the same interests. Days which i busy visiting police station and law firm. First time having a full scale web design jobs to work on(Still pending).

Time flying, and this week is the last week, and i still have pending plan on list. Find my FYP title, planing a trip to any island beside Penang, astrophotography try out, black card photography, learning to write my own drupal module/themes, learning about joomla.

Deep in my heart, I'm not sure that photography come first or computer... I am not experting in either of these field, but i am confusing with my future path, should i continue what am i suppose or choose what i might needed the most? Writing a programs now seem to be like a jobs / assignment to me more than as a hobby, my self was changed, everything around was changed. I wish i could awake soon from this dream, and tell my self what to do next....

Maybe this is what alien looks like~ lol... since it's so near to 21 Dec 2012, it make me think of those UFO, alien thing. It's been awhile since the movie of 2012, and it's was totally covered by the Avatar, which also another kind of new age kind of movie(Dream walker). Feel like all these was the conspiracy theory all at the backstage of these movies, maybe they are bringing us some message, maybe they are try to hiding something...

Another day of Photography

It's a wonderful day~ I using all my time today mostly for photography... Still trying how to do panning...still learning how to macro, and what am i happy with is the light painting~ it's was fun and easy~ it's seem to be cool as well~
check out my A300 blog, i will post those photo on there soon. I learning all these technique from Fotobeginner. The tutorial from Fotobeginner was simple and easy to understand. I hope they will post more tutorial soon, so i can learn more.

I visited some of those Taiwanese Alpha user blog, and i was amaze by their piece of work. At first, i thought they are using high end lens or high end DSLR... but in the end of the page, i find out they just using the kits lens and A2xx - A5xx series... Not all of them, but at least half of them was. This encourage me to learn more, practice more, and i want to become one of them~ To amaze everyone else...

...Feel like i shouldn't take computer science...lol...

Finally~ It's Over~

Examination for this semester is all over. Year 2 Sem 3 @ UTAR is now over~ I am now no longer a year two student. To me, this year, year two, is a hard one for me, facing those relationship problem, spiritual problem, and yet, not able to communicate well with people around me. Everytimes, when people talk about end of something, they will wish for something better when the new one start, so do i this time, but i am not wish, i am sure that the coming year, i will doing well. Not all perfect, but at least it's would be something that pleasure me. Time for thank you speach,

I would like to thanks to, Jane, all the cs buddy, HK OBE group~
If it's not all yours help and support,
i will not be here, posting this comment,
i will not be able to see through lots of thing,
i will not be enjoy those days without my partner,
I will not enjoying dreaming that much.
Thanks~
It's year 3 now, my final year, it's time for my Final Year Project... My idea was too much but yet too impossible, and i wish i could get some guidance from you all who ever been go through. I wish i could do something different, but yet... the risk i have to take care of those "different" thing as well... If you have any idea, feel free to share with me~

I'm now feel more lighter, and able to go for more and more shooting trip. Want to go somewhere else beautiful in it's view and yet able to relax my self... So, what's come out from you mind when you saw this sentences? Yup, island~ Wondering which one to go... Any idea?

I was amaze by a backpack guy, who is travel from Malaysia to London, backpack travel, go around all the country in between by just bus and train~ He travel about 34 country in 6 months and used up RM17,000.00. After reaching London, he back to Malaysia by airline~ Wondering how to can survive with anything in his backpack, and the only RM17,000.00 within 6 month across so many country, in so many different places. Wondering if i have the will to do this?

HP Mini

Posted by wk2u On 5/07/2010 08:23:00 AM 0 comments

Getting my HP Mini last Monday (For signing up TM-Net Uni-Pack Streamyx), and by that night, i formated it from Windows 7 Starter to Ubuntu Netbook Ver 10.04. Actually, a 1GB ram, Atom processor netbook, is it really able to run Windows 7 starter? with all those graphical effect on? I don't think so...

After a few day trying out with Ubuntu Netbook version, i feel like i like the normal version more, but the netbook version is somehow a good start for those who wish to try on Ubuntu. With those basic software installed, for sure, no Microsoft Office, you have to use Open Office by Oracle(Sun previously). Most of the function in Microsoft Office was available in Open Office too, the only different is the graphic for Microsoft Office may make it look better than Open Office.

Some trouble for Ubuntu or and Linux, you might need to install all those media files codec first before you could play them, there is an easy solution, install VideoLan media player. Once install, most of those popular codec you need will be available. Movie or video files playing with VideoLan at Ubuntu netbook ver will be laggy if running a busy web browser or lots of program on the background, as you know, i just have 1 GB of ram.

Graphic Design. A replacement for Photoshop in Linux was GIMP, even that it may not have lots of those function or filter in ps, but it's was good among the free photo/graphic editing software. 3D animating, modeling or rendering? Blender~ The only choice for me, i believe.

Programming? Yeah, for web development such as PHP, JSP and so on, the preferable choice still will be XAMPP~ The editor ? As what i used at Desktop version, GEdit, or what we called Notepad in Windows. For ASP? You need to used those Windows simulation software for Linux, to install those Visual Studio, cause i couldn't find any product yet for ASP programming better than Visual Studio. C,C++,Java and so on, all those can be done by Eclipse~

Post my screen shot after my exam, i have AI test tomorrow. Wish i am good luck ~

It's Was 1AM in the morning~

It's was 1AM in the morning. I still awake, reading those slides for my next exam subject, Multimedia Technology. As my schedule, i should sleep already, and wake up early in the morning, 7AM, for the revision. Seem like my schedule was again, not workable.

Preparing for the examination... I was feel more confusing after reading those notes. A kind of horror cover up my conscious mind, and what in my mind at this moment is all about her. It's make me refreshing even my body was tired, but she keep my mind awake. Thanks.

人生不如意,十常一二

Posted by wk2u On 5/01/2010 09:29:00 PM 0 comments

Now, all the time thinking of the exam and FYP. Still not yet figure out the suitable idea for my FYP yet, and not sure who to be my advisor lecturer. I have few idea on my mind, but not sure these idea work out or not, i already try to ask around those forumers comments for my ideas...

So, who have any ideas want to contribute?

After a week of chinese new year holiday, i am again back to Kampar, the City of "Education". It's been a while, and i lost my passion for blogging. Now, 22 Feb 2010, 1.08AM , and i'm using the streamyx 1Mbps combo package, and guess what is the test result of my connection at speedtest.net ? !!! I am the only user of the connection right now, no downloading, no uploading, no windows update, no adobe update, no any IM running, no antivirus update, no facebook... The only thing i run is Chrome, with only one tab open, running speedtest.net test for the speed.

Here is the result

If you are ever visited the speedtest site, i believe your question will be, "Why the page like this one?"
No matter how many times i try to restart, how many times i try to refresh the page, CTRL + F5... The most i can get is the result i show above. T.T

I am writing this on the notepad.... -.-" and post using my almost connectionless wiggy

Creating Bootable Vista / Windows 7 USB Flash Drive

Posted by wk2u On 2/14/2010 10:55:00 PM 0 comments

Microsoft Provides a tool to do this for you - Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool which is available for download here. If you need instructions on how to use the tool, see the Microsoft Store Help on the ISO-Tool (http://store.microsoft.com/Help/ISO-Tool).

It surprised me to find that there are very few dead-simple guides to creating a bootable USB thumb/pen/flash drive for a Vista and/or Windows 7 installation. I cobbled together the following from VistaPCGuy and another source I don’t remember right now.

This will walk through the steps to create a bootable USB flash drive for the purpose of installing a Vista or Windows 7 OS. These instructions assume that you have a computer with Windows Vista installed on it.

Required:

  • USB Flash Drive (4GB+)
  • Microsoft OS Disk (Vista / Windows 7)
  • A computer running Vista / Windows 7

Step 1: Format the Drive
The steps here are to use the command line to format the disk properly using the diskpart utility. [Be warned: this will erase everything on your drive. Be careful.]

  1. Plug in your USB Flash Drive
  2. Open a command prompt as administrator (Right click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt and select “Run as administrator”
  3. Find the drive number of your USB Drive by typing the following into the Command Prompt window:
    diskpart
    list disk

The number of your USB drive will listed. You’ll need this for the next step. I’ll assume that the USB flash drive is disk 1.
  4. Format the drive by typing the next instructions into the same window. Replace the number “1” with the number of your disk below.
    select disk 1
    clean
    create partition primary
    select partition 1
    active
    format fs=NTFS
    assign
    exit
When that is done you’ll have a formatted USB flash drive ready to be made bootable.

Step 2: Make the Drive Bootable
Next we’ll use the bootsect utility that comes on the Vista or Windows 7 disk to make the flash drive bootable. In the same command window that you were using in Step 1:

  1. Insert your Windows Vista / 7 DVD into your drive.
  2. Change directory to the DVD’s boot directory where bootsect lives:
    d:
    cd d:\boot
  3. Use bootsect to set the USB as a bootable NTFS drive prepared for a Vista/7 image. I’m assuming that your USB flash drive has been labeled disk G:\ by the computer:
    bootsect /nt60 g:
  4. You can now close the command prompt window, we’re done here.

Step 3: Copy the installation DVD to the USB drive
The easiest way is to use Windows explorer to copy all of the files on your DVD on to the formatted flash drive. After you’ve copied all of the files the disk you are ready to go.

Step 4: Set your BIOS to boot from USB
This is where you’re on your own since every computer is different. Most BIOS’s allow you to hit a key at boot and select a boot option.

Hiren's BootCD 10.1

Posted by wk2u On 2/01/2010 01:24:00 AM 0 comments
It's been about three week, i'm back to Kampar. Feel lazy to update my blog, and today i have the mood to post something, and i did find out something useful to share. I am now working part time in a IT retails shop, as a Computer Technician. Even thought most of the time, those machine are fix by my colleague, Jayness, and i was just help on some of those minor cases.

Hiren's BootCD 10.1
A very good utilities CD with lots of checking and diagnostic tools bundle in a single CD image, which cost only about ~200MB. Inside the CD, it's including those popular diagnostic tools such as Memtest86+ 4.00 for memory test, Seagate Seatools Graphical v2.13b and Western Digital Diagnostics (DLGDIAG) 5.04f for hard disk checking, and lots more other tools for both hardware and software check. These are very useful for those technician like me, which might have limited of resources for checking the hardware status. These tools may not help on all the problem, but at least it will be useful when you are having hard time to convince your customer that their hardware are having problem, you can print out the test result from these tools.
