How to Out of Body?

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

Just now when we went out from UTAR, go to Old Town to have our lunch...
a very lan si red vios(WLS xxxx plate number) guy drive his car so so so near to kl's car backside...
he keep the distance till very very close, like want to race or what.. cannot stand with this kind of driving attitude...
he keep on trailing us till the old town's town area there...
his car plate number already represent his personality, WLS = wa lan si!!!
i can see all the girls behind, except xy, all of them had the same emotion icon!!!
