How to Out of Body?

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

I am doing some script testing by spamming on my on test page, but know what i get ?
The host block my site said i'm installing warez ... oh my god...
then they directly block my site, all my visitor counter and the chatting box all are not functioning now.
haiz...
busy search for another free host, no photo for today, anyone of you have any free php host with mysql provided with a large bandwidth, intro to me pls...
very suffer of this, wish to start my own server, but all $$ matter~

    if all own equipment, it might very expensive, the server it self at least 6-7 thousand, then network equipment i not sure how much. Then monthly recurrent internet fee... lao..kao kao!

    that is my own secret! hehe~
    i think no one will understand it~
