Whole the day i feel no mood for anything, revision, online or what, nothing can attract me or can force me to do it...
something that i want to try or do for a very long time, but most of the time i giving my self an excuse not to do it.
Meditation
i think my mood today is very suitable for meditation
whole the process going quite well, i start to meditate by 5 something till 6.
i think i wake up...haha... i accidentally fall as sleep.
at first, it's was quite difficult, keep on changing pose, then feel very hot, because of the weather, plus the noisy fan... very annoying.
but very soon, i started to calm down, stop the dialogue between my heart.
i can feel the emptiness , peace ....but yet i am conscious
i not quite sure how long am i stay on this condition, but after that i think i fall as sleep...haha
it's totally a different kind of experience.
very great.
about the dinner... .. . memang tidak boleh tahan... they restaurant take me 1 hour for a simple dish because of their mistake. No sorry, no discount, no action taken... ish...
dont want to talk so much about this, since the restaurant also not what high class restaurant, dont bother la.
