How to Out of Body?

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

Yesterday P.Moral test is seriously out of my expectation, too easy? too hard? speechless....
50 mcq question is far more easy then the mid term test, but the essay part, i have no idea how to answer. I can write all the theory and the description for the theory out easily, but i dont know how to link them with the statement the question give.
I feel kinda lost for a while...
then start my story writing... same as last time when i taking sejarah test..heheh
writing anything i think is possible or correct, totally free writing, dont ever follow what rules or format, but just write out something that logic, answering the question..
the question 1 i not done it very well, but i think the question 2 may help me to score ...

SO...enough for P.Moral.

    for the mcq question, u will think more easy then the mid term i think is bcs tat time we din hafal the pengasas gua~
