How to Out of Body?

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

lately i seem to be stick again to this thing again. I know this last few year ago before i went to college, but after that i think i already forget about it. I tried few times to do OBE these few day, but every time i try to be in the situation, i will just directly fall in sleep. Maybe there is some where i doing wrong or i miss ...

anyone there interesting with this kind of things?

and one more strange thing happen to me lately, haven't you all can feel the electric shock from the USB slot? everytime i plug in or plug off my usb i will kena shock... but actually not only the USB slot, even the electric water boiler, standing fan....am i too sensitive?
