How to Out of Body?

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

pain or suffer is only exist when there is a desire.
most human have desire,
when you have desire,
then there is a price for your desire.

price that you bet for your desire is both win and lose,
sometimes you win something that you think is important for you
but you lose something you think it's not important.
vice versa.

so, it's up to u to decide to be happy, or to be pain

These line come across my mind when i see someone's blog at somewhere,
Some said Love is sweet, some think Love is pain
your desire to love bring you to these sweet and also pain

When you sweet, love is everything;
When you pain, you feel like you lose everything.

Love i mean here is the love between couple.
But no matter which kind of love,
there is something you should pay for,
some is time, some is money, some is something else...

the desire to love cause you to pay

when there is no desire, you have no pain, no gain

But...will you willing to live like that?
