How to Out of Body?

How to out of body? This i also don't know did it work or not, did it really exist such things or not, but from a lots of those who success before, they all admit it, and most of them are doing almost the same thing to out of body. They did mention that you can fly, can travel to some where in a second by just thinking of a place or someone when you are out of body.

Lots of thing happen. I also don't know what can i do... Just now chat with my mom, i can feel her disappointment and her sadness. I can't do anything beside listen to her madness.
What happen to her, and what happen to my dad, everything because of their childish thinking. Every minor thing, small small details in life, can be their reason to argue because all these things. When i look back to my self, i doing the same things they do before. I should awake from all these things.

When you think that you are awake, maybe you still dreaming;
When you think that you might be dreaming, maybe you are awake.


sometimes things doesn't happen as you wish, as you plan. Everyone has their own destiny, their fate, their way to go on on their life. I should always remind my self to be open, open my mind, open my heart, forgiveness can cure.
